Fox 479MI Karambit

The Fox 479MI Folding Karambit is 8.5″ overall, 3.2″ blade of Bohler N690Co cobalt vanadium stainless  with a black finish and a liner locking mechanism.  The Fox karambits are very popular among Karambits fans and martial artist.  The blade can be deployed 3 different ways – with the thumb hole, a flipper on the back or a wave feature.  This knife is very fast to deploy by using the “Emerson” wave feature, when you draw the knife from you pocket the wave catches on the edge of the pocket and deploys the blade.  The OD green canvas micarta handles provide excellent grip with integrated finger hole that works excellently with both the forward and reverse grip.  A pocket defense tool with a functional and elegant style from a quality manufacturer.
